Fortis Group is closely linked to the hydroelectric energy production though the construction of dams. From a dam project, we evaluate the possibilities of which kind of hydroelectric plant to include. The energy is obtained thanks to the different water levels produced by the water falling. In the fall, the water pass through a hydraulic turbine which transfers the energy to a generator where it is transformed into electric energy.
